Hi, I've just had an audit following a reinstallation after a very shabby original replacement . Apparently extended support for has now ended.

Is there any sort of Ariel setup that will improve multipath problems ?
In the days of signals I always had a dark bar about an inch in from the left of the screen.
Some days I can only get a few digital because my TV says the signal is poor.
I have a wide band Arial and a strong signal . My post code is HA0 3AH.

Maybe your is too strong! Please check the signal strengths on all multiplexes. Ideally you want between 60% and 85%,. Any stronger is likely to cause the problems your report. BTW, the way digitally encoded signals behave is quite different to that seen with .

HI - since the last "/Channel Switch" we have lost 90-99 (Forces TV etc) and no matter how many times we have re-tuned cannot pick them up. Our post code is GU10 2QL

Any ideas?

I have the same issue in Slough SL2 5NF.
Its a shame as there are some good programmes on Forces TV.
My HD TV allows a manual tune and I tried that with no luck. My box cn only do a complete and cant find the channels either.
Any suggestions appreciated

I am watching my tv now time 14.50 MY is strength 46% 100%. When my boiler comes on the breaks up .This as been going on since Tuesday.

A strength of only 46% is rather low, ideally you want 60% or a bit more - but not more than aboput 85%. If you would give your full post code we could look up the expected at your location. You could also check that your cables and the plugs/sockets are in good condition. You should also unplug each coaxial plug/socket and then refit it.

Richard Allen: I've found out that the landlords upgraded our to make it "future proof", so wont have access to these frequencies until the next shuffle. That answers why I cant see Forces TV at least, but no to you I guess, sorry.

If you have no satellite signal, see Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'
